What is H3O2?

Let us find out what is H3O2

Conventional wisdom will tell us that H2O is the way to go for health. However, not often do we hear about this other liquid, structured water. Furthermore, what is H3O2?

Glad you asked.

H302 is the fourth and final phase of water. It is a highly dense, highly ordered state of water that is incredibly stable and resilient.

This phase of water is often referred to as “living water” or “structured water” because it is able to maintain its structure and integrity under extreme conditions.

Additionally, H302 is capable of self-organization and can spontaneously create complex structures and patterns.

The properties of H302 make it an ideal medium for life and consciousness.

In fact, H302 is essential for all life on Earth. All living cells are surrounded by a membrane made up of H302, and it is thought that H302 plays a key role in cell-to-cell communication.

H302 is also present in all of the body’s tissues and organs, and it is essential for proper hydration and metabolism.

While H302 makes up a small percentage of the total water on Earth, it is by far the most important type of water for our health and well-being.

Ever wondered why when you are cut you do not bleed out water? Thank the H302 that is inside each and every one of us.

This stuff goes by other names like gel-water, structured water, and exclusion zone water.

Think of jelly or “jam” and the texture. This is another example of H3O2.

When we sit outdoors on a nice sunny day, there is a reason why we feel so revitalized afterward.

The cells in the body, which consist of H3O2 hold a charge similar to a battery. Exposure to direct sunlight is the cause of this sensation.

Did you know when that whenever you get a blood test your doctor can tell how well hydrated you are at a cellular level?

A blood test can determine this with the help of H3O2.

We can drink H302. It is much preferred over the traditional H20. One of my sources is coconut water. There are different flavors to select from and my personal favorite is the pineapple flavor.

Rain, the texture is going to throw you off. It will take some getting used to. Do not say I did not warn you 😉.

How to incorporate H302?

There are many ways to incorporate H302 into your life. You can drink it, bathe in it, or even use it for cooking. Here are a few ways to get started:

1. Drink H302: The best way to get H302 into your body is to drink it. Look for bottled water that is labeled “structured” or “living.” Again, coconut water is a viable option.

2. Use a water filter: A good water filter can remove impurities from your water and leave behind H302.

3. Bathe in H302: You can also get H302 through your skin by bathing in it. There are many types of shower filters and bath products that can infuse your water with H302.

4. Cook with H302: Cooking with H302 is a great way to get its benefits. You can use it to make soups, stews, and even desserts.

Just be sure to use purified water to avoid contamination. H302 is the fourth and final phase of water.

It is a highly dense, highly ordered state of water that is incredibly stable and resilient.

This phase of water is often referred to as “living water” or “structured water” because it is able to maintain its structure and integrity under extreme conditions.

I forgot to put something else up there. The BEST and most healthily effective method is fruit consumption.

Fruit is loaded with H302 and is one of the best ways to stay hydrated.

Fruit contains a lot of water, but it also has other nutrients that help your body to absorb and use that water more effectively.

For example, fruit is a good source of electrolytes like potassium and sodium.

These electrolytes help to regulate hydration in the body by maintaining the proper balance of fluids.

Fruit also contains fiber, which helps to keep you feeling full and can prevent overeating.

Last but not least, the natural sugars in fruit can give you a boost of energy when you need it. So, while water is still the best way to stay hydrated, eating fruit is a great way to get an extra boost of hydration.

There is a reason why fruit is dubbed “natures candy.”

Not only are they succulent but they are well armed with nutrients to keep you satisfied and less thirsty.

The more fruit we can consume, the better chances of us feeling less ill, having more energy, feeling less thirsty, and so on.

What happens if we have low H3O2?

If we have low levels of H3O2, we may experience dehydration, fatigue, and other health problems.

H3O2 is essential for proper hydration and metabolism, so it’s important to make sure that we are getting enough of it. There are many ways to incorporate H3O2 into our lives on the list provided above.

Just a reminder, too little of anything can be deleterious to your health. Balance is key. And H3O2 helps our bodies with homeostasis.

My personal favorites to consume are blueberries, strawberries, watermelon (especially in the summer months), bananas, kiwi, apples, and grapes.

These foods are packed and the best part is, they taste so damn good!

If you do happen to possess a blender, you can make smoothies, pancakes, and frozen drinks. The possibilities are endless.

As long as you’re getting that H302 into your system, then you my friend are on the right track. You don’t want to get derailed by too much H2NO hahahahaha!

Everyone, stay blessed during these trying times.
