Recently, I published an article about the body’s 3 brains. However, did you know that the body’s three-brain system is entirely different from the heart, gut, and brain trinity?

Located between the ears resides an organ that can outperform a modern supercomputer.
The complexities of the organ cannot be explained in depth by experts today; however, its intricacies are shrouded in mystery.
Furthermore, no one can explain why humans only use 10 percent of their cerebral capacity.
The most intelligent mammal in the world is the Dolphin. This mammal’s cerebral capacity is a whopping 20 percent.

The body’s three brain system consists of the limbic, Neocortex, and reptilian.
With these powers combined, the trio significantly influences the emotional state.
As you are well aware, human beings are emotional creatures.
The limbic system

The limbic system includes the amygdala, hippocampus, and other areas. The amygdala is important for emotional processing, including fear and aggression.

Some people believe that the reptilian complex is responsible for our most base emotions and behaviors and that it is the part of the brain that is responsible for aggression, fear, and violence.
Others believe that the reptilian complex is simply a primitive part of the brain that we have inherited from our reptilian ancestors.
Regardless of what you believe, the reptilian complex is an important part of our brain that plays a vital role in our survival.
The reptilian complex is responsible for repeating patterns of behavior that keep us safe.
Furthermore, the reason why tasks are performed without thinking i.e. waking up, getting dressed, and driving to work is this region of the brain.
How to care for the reptilian complex and the body’s three-brain system
In this part, I will spare you the same examples as the ones listed above.

These tools mentioned are free and the most effective at disease prevention.
While there is no major research for finding symptoms of a bad reptilian complex, we cannot rule out mental illness i.e. depression, anxiety, anger, and the like.

However, learning to make a good habit of your job is a vital step to remaining strong and healthy.
