This is the key to instilling balance in this out-of-balance world we reside in. The amount of stress we all take on a daily basis and we have to shrug it off to show we’re strong in front of children and loved ones.
Just remember to don’t lose yourself with all of the masks we wear to not show our people close to us that deep down inside, we’re hurting too.
